Once you click “See Ordering Options” you’ll be taken to our order form process. Step by step, we’ll take you through all of your choices. If you’d like to keep it easy, simply select all of the “default” options. If you like this design, but need to tweak a few things to better fit your aesthetic, choose from the customization options as you see fit.

• Once you complete your order, we will review everything. If we have questions, a KFD representative will reach out to you.

• If you're commissioning custom artwork, before the proof is presented - someone from our team may reach out to confirm design direction and/or present artist sketches.

• If you've ordered digital calligraphy, your guest address spreadsheet is due 10 to 13 business days after you've placed your order. Someone from our team will provide you with the correct spreadsheet upon receipt of your order.

• Once all details are finalized and all wording is submitted, you will receive a digital proof within 10-18 business days.

• One round of changes is included in the price. Additional rounds of mock-ups will incur a fee of $150/hour.

• Depending on the scope of your feedback, round 2 of your mock-ups could take between 2 and 7 business days.

• Once we receive your final feedback, your final proof will be presented within 1 to 3 business days for your review. You are required to sign the final proof in order for production to begin.

• Once we've received official sign-off, standard turnaround time is 15-20 business days.

• At the end of your order form, we’ll provide you with estimated proof dates.

• We suggest mailing out your invitations 2 to 3 months in advance of your wedding. The latest suggested mail-out date is 6 weeks before your wedding date.

Pricing will be displayed and calculated for you as you move through our order form. The number at the very bottom (on the gray arrows) will show you your grand total. The other numbers within the form will reveal the price of each choice that you make. If budget is a factor, be sure to click on all options you’re interested in to see how your choices affect the price.
