1. Up to three meetings with Katie via Zoom or phone. This includes the ability to have live mock-up reveal sessions so the design team can explain ideas and make changes together in real-time.

2. Two original full suite mock-ups custom designed for your client to choose from.

3. Up to two additional rounds of changes/mockups.

4. One final proof.

5. KFD copyediting services.

6. KFD quality-checking services.

7. Mailing instructions and a sample put together to show how we’d suggest assembling.

8. Choose ONE of the following:

(a) One specially curated box of KFD samples with a prepaid UPS Ground label, for the sample box to be returned.

(b) One flat-printed, full-color, 1-ply test print of their invitation card.

(c) Free UPS Ground shipping of your final order to you or your clients.

• Formal proposals with mood boards are available only for full custom clients. All Planners Only packages must be purchased via the website.

• We do not offer hand-calligraphed envelopes. You can select digital calligraphy or blank envelopes to be hand-calligraphed by one of your trusted calligraphers.

• We do not handle postage stamps or any other mailing options.

• Assembly and mailing services are not available.

• We do not offer in-person meetings.

• Rush design and/or rush production is not possible via this package.

• Due to the cost and time it takes, engraving is not offered with this package. We can offer engraving with our regular full-service custom design.

Once you click “Order Now,” you’ll be taken to our order form process. Step by step, we’ll take you through all your design and production choices. At the end of the form, we’ll collect the info we need to get started. You can even upload any design decks or mood boards to help us conceptualize the custom design.

• The more you submit upfront, the sooner we can begin. The design process cannot begin until we receive your wording and/or custom artwork reference pictures, if applicable.

• Depending on your selection, we may be in touch regarding your curated box of samples and phone or Zoom session.

• We will provide you with a detailed production timeline.

• Once all details are finalized, you will receive your first digital proof within 3–4 weeks.

• Two rounds of changes are included in your price. It’s hard to say how long this process will take. More complicated requests, like the need for custom artwork, will require additional time. Going past the three total mock-ups will result in additional design fees ($150/hour).

• A final proof will be presented for your review. You are required to sign the final proof in order for production to begin.

• Once we've received official sign-off, standard turnaround time is 15–20 business days.

• Please plan on a minimum of three months for the design and production process. If you need your project in less time, please inquire about our regular custom design packages.

This Planners Only program is meant to offer stylish, high-quality, custom wedding invitations in the range of $10,000 or under. This price point may not be possible if you select expensive custom artwork or all of the luxury upgrade options.

Pricing will be displayed and calculated for you as you move through our order form. The number at the very bottom (on the gray arrows) will show you your grand total.
