Would you like us to number your RSVP cards? *

For mail-in RSVP cards, we like to put a number on the back that corresponds with your master recipient address list in case anyone forgets to write in their name.

Yes, please pencil a number on the back of the RSVP cards in the bottom right-hand corner. Each number will correspond to a number next to guests' names from your master recipient address spreadsheet ($1 per RSVP card).

No, I do not want you to write on the back of our RSVP cards. I understand that KFD is not responsible for any RSVP cards that get sent to you without a name name written in.

N/A. There are no RSVP cards in my order. This mailing is for save the dates or invites with digital RSVP cards.

How would you like us to mail the invitations going outside of the US?

DHL, UPS, or FedEx - whichever is quickest and has the best rates.

Package all international envelopes and send to a contact who will mail them from outside of the country. Please enter these instructions below (the cost of this shipment will be applied to your bill).

What would you like us to do with your extras (the overs you ordered past the number we're mailing out for you): *

Keep them at the studio and mail out extras for you as they come up. If ones don't make it to the recipient or get returned to you or if you add extras - you'll email us the recipient and address. We'll create new USPS Priority labels and bring to post office. The price is: mailing price per piece + calligrapher/printer price per envelope + calligrapher set up fee ($50-$100)/printer set up fee ($125) + shipping of envelope to KFD from printer or calligrapher + KFD fee to go back to the post-office ($75).

Send the extras to you and you will handle any additions that need to be mailed. Please enter the address you'd like us to ship your extras to below. If additions come in after we send balance, you are responsible for sending them out.

The KFD Studio will quality check each envelope, apply a USPS Ground Advantage label, secure the mailer closed, and hand-deliver to the post office. When they leave our hands, they will have the correct amount of postage, they will be sealed securely, and they will be in perfect condition. The KFD Studio cannot control, and is not responsible for, the actions of the United States Postal Service (USPS). While less frequent with USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, there could be malfeasance by the USPS (including, but not limited to): envelopes that get lost in the mail, ones that are not forwarded to the requested forwarding address, deliveries that are delayed, envelopes that get opened and resealed by postal workers, and mailers that arrive in less than ideal condition. We are also not responsible for returns on account of an incorrect address entered that was provided by you.
